Basketball Recap: Meadowbrook Christian Gets the Win

Meadowbrook Christian's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Saturday. They managed a 60-55 win over the Lititz Christian Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Meadowbrook Christian also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

Jack Kriebel and Caeden Harmon certainly did their best on Saturday to avoid the loss. Kriebel went 12 for 20 en route to 25 points and six boards, while Harmon posted nine points along with six assists and five rebounds. The contest was Kriebel's seventh in a row with at least ten points. Federico Cortes was another key player, putting up ten points.

The victory got Meadowbrook Christian back to even at 8-8. As for Lititz Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Meadowbrook Christian will square off against Grace Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meadowbrook Christian is facing Grace Prep at the right time seeing as Grace Prep is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Lititz Christian, they will challenge Harrisburg Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lititz Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.3 points per game this season.
