Softball Recap: Fort Bend Elkins Wins Going Away Against Fort Bend Clements

Fort Bend Elkins won the last time they faced Fort Bend Clements and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Knights were the clear victors by a 17-2 margin over the Rangers. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Knights.

Adrian Thummel made a big impact no matter where she played. She pitched four innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits. Thummel was also solid in the batter's box, scoring three runs while going 1-for-2.

In other batting news, Jaila Davis was a standout: she went 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, five RBI, and two runs. Victoria Vargas was another key player, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-3.
