Iron Mountain is a perfect 7-0 against L'Anse since October of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Mountaineers will host the Purple Hornets at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 42-8, which was the final score in L'Anse's tilt against Calumet on Friday. The Purple Hornets haven't had much luck with the Copper Kings recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Iron Mountain's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for L'Anse, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Iron Mountain didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against L'Anse when the teams last played back in September, but they still walked away with a 30-26 victory.
