While Riverside-Durham put up plenty of points on Monday, the same can't be said for Northern Durham. The Pirates breezed past the Knights to the tune of 58-0. That looming 58-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Pirates yet this season.

Riverside-Durham's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Au'Nehstii Hagans, who threw for 293 yards and three touchdowns while completing 75% of her passes, and also rushed for 30 yards and one score. The Pirates' leading receiver Nijla Epps was Hagans' top target yet again, picking up 158 receiving yards and three TDs.

Riverside-Durham's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB seven times. The heavy lifting was done by Ameshia Warren and Saniya Thurman, who racked up six sacks between them. Hagans got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

Riverside-Durham's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Northern Durham, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Coming up, Riverside-Durham will challenge Southern School of Energy and Sustainability at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd. Northern Durham does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
