Baseball Recap: Northwest Classen Makes It Six in a Row at Home

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bartlesville, Northwest Classen was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They never let the Southeast Spartans get on the board and left with a 1-0 win. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Knights have posted since April 12, 2024.

Northwest Classen pushed their record up to 6-5 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Southeast, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Northwest Classen wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 5-0 win against Marshall on the 27th. As for Southeast, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Western Heights on the 28th.
