Basketball Recap: New Richmond Takes a Loss

New Richmond was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 52-26 to the Goshen Warriors. The Lions were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 30-10.

New Richmond's defeat dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Goshen, their win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-6.

A feisty cat fight is on tap when the New Richmond Lions challenge the Shroder Paideia Academy Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Goshen, they will take on McClain at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday. McClain will roll in looking for their 15th straight victory, something Goshen surely won't give up without a fight.
