Soccer Recap: Rocktown Extends Winning Streak to Seven

Rocktown came tearing into Tuesday's match with six straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2.8 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the East Rockingham Eagles 10-2. Rocktown might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by three goals or more this season.

Their offense was hitting East Rockingham from everywhere, as six different players booted in a goal. William Diaz led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for four goals all by himself.

Rocktown's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-1-1. As for East Rockingham, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.
