Basketball Game Preview: Cedar Reds vs. Crimson Cliffs Mustangs

The Cedar Reds will challenge the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

Cedar lost 63-40 to Desert Hills on Friday. The Reds have struggled against the Thunder recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the defeat, Cedar had strong showings from Benson Tippets, who posted nine points and five assists, and Hayden Kee, who put up 13 points. Those five assists gave Tippets a new career-high.

Meanwhile, Crimson Cliffs didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Dixie on Tuesday, but they still walked away with a 52-47 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.
