Basketball Recap: Bloomington Takes a Loss

Bloomington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a blow against the Wheaton North Falcons, falling 65-32. The game marked the Purple Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Bloomington's loss dropped their record down to 10-19. As for Wheaton North, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-10 record this season.

Bloomington does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Wheaton North, they will host Glenbard North at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Falcons will be up against the Panthers' rather soft defense (which has allowed 49.75 points per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
