Mars Hill Bible extended their winning streak (dating back to last season) to 11 on Friday, bumping them up to 6-0. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Rogers Pirates 56-10. With the Panthers ahead 35-3 at the half, the matchup was all but over already.

Leading Mars Hill Bible to victory were Hudson Higgins and Luke Fowler. Higgins rushed for 44 yards and two touchdowns, while Fowler gained 85 total yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Mars Hill Bible was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 202 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 202 rushing yards every time they've taken the field this season.

As for Rogers, their loss ended a six-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 3-3. Despite 68 more yards than Mars Hill Bible, the Pirates couldn't convert that extra yardage to scores.

Rogers' loss came despite strong showings from Nicholas Grigsby and C.J. Davis. Grigsby gained 139 total yards, while Davis rushed for 65 yards.
