Soccer Recap: Piney Woods Starts off Right with Win over Raymond

Piney Woods had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They never let the Raymond Rangers get on the board and left with a 7-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Piney Woods also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2016.

Their offense was hitting Raymond from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Bradley White led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Raymond's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Piney Woods didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 6-0 victory against Moss Point on the 14th. Raymond has also already played their next contest (against Crystal Springs), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
