Football Recap: Northeast Eagles vs. Severna Park Falcons

Northeast was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 24-0 to the Severna Park Falcons. The Eagles were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in October of 2023.

A big part of Severna Park's victory came down to the chemistry between Vince Nguyen and his top target Cole Cavanaugh. Nguyen threw for 194 yards and two touchdowns while Cavanaugh picked up 73 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Severna Park, they moved to 2-4 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.
