Volleyball Recap: Calvary Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Calvary Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Morningside Academy Eagles (Eddy). Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles (Eddy) this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Tuesday.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-14, 25-18.

Calvary Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Morningside Academy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Calvary Christian Academy will head out on the road to face off against Westwood at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Morningside Academy, they will welcome Port St. Lucie at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
