Softball Game Preview: Lewis Cass Kings vs. Delphi Community Oracles

For the second straight game, Lewis Cass will face off against Delphi Community. The Kings will head out to take on the Oracles at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Lewis Cass has given up an average of 6.9 runs per game this season, but Saturday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Lewis Cass came up short against Delphi Community on Saturday, falling 14-2. The defeat continues a trend for the Kings in their meetings with the Oracles: they've now lost six in a row.

For Delphi Community's part, Mairi Cunningham made a big impact while hitting and pitching. Saturday's contest will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Lewis Cass hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .331. However, it's not like Delphi Community struggles in that department as they've averaged .355. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
