Basketball Recap: Irvington Takes a Loss

Irvington was the 44-23 winner over Orange when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Irvington Blue Knights lost 51-27 to the Orange Tornadoes on Thursday. The Blue Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Irvington's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Orange, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Irvington will take on Tech at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday. As for Orange, they will head out on the road to take on St. Vincent Academy at 4:00 p.m. on February 7th.
