Newberry posted their closest victory since September 9th on Tuesday. They skirted past the Bell Bulldogs 3-2. The Panthers haven't had any issues with the Bulldogs recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Newberry was staring down a 2-1 deficit headed into the fourth set, but they rallied to take the next two for the win. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 24-26, 20-25, 25-15, 15-10.

Carly Myers paced Newberry's offense, picking up 17 kills. Myers got some help from Kinsley Harvey and her 36 assists. Meadow Moses controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Newberry's victory bumped their record up to 17-7. As for Bell, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-14 record this season.
