Basketball Recap: Parker Skates Past Odyssey Institute with Ease

Parker won the last time they faced Odyssey Institute and things went their way on Friday too. The Parker Broncs took their game with ease, bagging a 50-23 victory over the Odyssey Institute Minotaur. The Broncs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Odyssey Institute still got an impressive performance from Shelby Hunt, who posted six points and three steals. That's the most steals Hunt has posted since back in February of 2024.

The win made it two in a row for Parker and bumps their season record up to 5-7. As for Odyssey Institute, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-10 record this season.

Parker didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 43-29 victory against Kingman on the 18th. Odyssey Institute has also already played their next match, a 26-22 defeat against Chino Valley on the 18th.
