Volleyball Recap: Salem Academy Snaps Six-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Salem Academy was the 3-1 winner over Lakeview when they last played one another back in October of 2021, but their luck changed this time around. The Crusaders fell just short of the Honkers by a score of 2-1 on Saturday.

Salem Academy's defeat ended a six-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-5. As for Lakeview, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-5.

Coming up, Salem Academy will venture away from home to face off against Santiam Christian at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lakeview, they have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Burns on the 4th.
