Volleyball Recap: Waukesha South/North Takes a Loss

If Waukesha South/North was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Greendale last Wednesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Waukesha South/North came up short against the Pewaukee Pirates on Wednesday, falling 3-0.

While Waukesha South/North was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Pewaukee's winning margin in every set. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-17, 25-20.

Waukesha South/North now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Pewaukee, they moved to 7-11 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

After both having extra time off, Waukesha South/North and Pius XI Catholic will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Pewaukee, they will take on Madison East in a tournament on Saturday.
