Meyer gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 72-52 margin over the Ringgold Redskins. The Ravens are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 21 straight dating back to last season.

Ringgold lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was TJ Weathers, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and 12 boards. Zion Scott was another key player, dropping a double-double with ten points and 12 rebounds.

Ringgold's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Meyer will welcome Teague at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Ringgold, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Lakeside at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
