It's playoff time, and Tuscaloosa County had no trouble coming through when it counted. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Hillcrest Patriots on Friday. The Wildcats might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 22 games by six runs or more this season.

The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Hillcrest, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last ten contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 14-22-1 record this season.
