Softball Game Preview: Savanna Rebels vs. Whitney Wildcats

The Savanna Rebels will challenge the Whitney Wildcats at 3:15 p.m. on Monday. Savanna's hitters has struggled lately (they haven't scored a run in three consecutive games), something the team is no doubt ready to change.

Savanna fell victim to Santiago and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They lost 12-0 to the Cavaliers.

Meanwhile, Whitney came up short against Pioneer on Thursday, falling 8-2. The Wildcats have struggled against the Titans recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive lost meeting.

Whitney saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Navya Manni, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Savanna's loss dropped their record down to 3-15. As for Whitney, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-8.
