After losing to Liberty the last time they met, Davenport decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Gorillas came out on top against the Lancers by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The game was the first time the Gorillas have beaten the Lancers on their court since October 22, 2018.

Davenport has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. As for Liberty, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Davenport will challenge Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Liberty, they will take on Medical Lake at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
