Baseball Recap: Potter's House Christian Takes a Loss

Potter's House Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 12-4 to the Zion Christian Mountaineers. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Mountaineers this season, with their most recent loss being a 7-0 defeat on Monday.

Potter's House Christian saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Landon Boukma, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one run, one double, and one RBI. That double marked the first that Boukma has hit this season.

Potter's House Christian's loss dropped their record down to 4-6. As for Zion Christian, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 18-3.

Coming up, Potter's House Christian will head out on the road to challenge Holton at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Zion Christian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Muskegon Catholic Central at 4:15 p.m. on Monday.
