Volleyball Recap: Gadsden Takes a Loss

Gadsden was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Alamogordo Tigers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Tigers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Gadsden's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Alamogordo, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 7-11 record.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Gadsden will face off against rival Organ Mountain at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Alamogordo is set to challenge their familiar foe Centennial at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
