Milford was forced to take a big defeat against they on Friday, they got the better of them on Monday. They were the clear victors by an 11-1 margin over the West Clermont Wolves. The result was nothing new for the Eagles, who have now won eight games by eight runs or more so far this season.
Milford let Dillon Gamm and David Kittrell run wild. Gamm went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI, while Kittrell went 3-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one stolen base. Kittrell is becoming a predictor of Milford's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is undefeated (and 7-8 when he doesn't). The team also got some help courtesy of Sam Kiger, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.
