Baseball Game Preview: Michigan Center Cardinals vs. Homer Trojans

The Michigan Center Cardinals will square off against the Homer Trojans at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Michigan Center will be strutting in after a win while Homer will be coming in after a loss.

Having struggled with three defeats in a row, Michigan Center turned things around against Manchester on Friday. They walked away with a 7-3 victory over the Flying Dutchmen.

Meanwhile, Homer lost 16-1 to Jonesville on Friday. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Homer saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Xander Dubois, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Homer's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Michigan Center, their win bumped their record up to 6-17-1.
