Volleyball Game Preview: William Campbell Generals vs. Appomattox County Raiders

William Campbell is 0-10 against Appomattox County since March of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Generals will be playing in front of their home fans against the Raiders at 5:30 p.m. This will be William Campbell's first chance to prove their worth in the conference.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Appomattox County, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Buckingham on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Appomattox County not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Buckingham between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-16, 25-16.

Appomattox County's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for William Campbell, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

William Campbell suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Appomattox County in their previous matchup back in October of 2024.
