Baseball Recap: Friday's Win Is Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy's Sixth in Last Seven Outings

While Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy didn't have the best season last year (they finished 4-18), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They came out on top against the Oglethorpe County Patriots by a score of 7-4 on Friday. This was a revenge game for Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy: when they faced off against Oglethorpe County on Friday, they had to take a 1-0 loss.

Owen Forsythe made a big impact no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than two hits in four consecutive appearances. He has become a key player for Barrow Arts and Sciences Academy: the team is undefeated when he posts at least two runs, but 2-4 otherwise.
