Straughn won the last time they faced Charles Henderson and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Trojans.

While Straughn won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-8.

Baida Canant paced Straughn's offense, picking up five kills. Canant got some help from Kylee Brown and her six assists. Brown was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Straughn is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 18 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-11 record this season. As for Charles Henderson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.
