Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Doniphan West). Everything went their way against the Atchison County Tigers on Friday as they made off with a 60-38 victory. The Mustangs not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since February 3rd (when they won 53-30).

The win got Doniphan West back to even at 2-2. As for Atchison County, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-4.

Doniphan West has already played their next game, a 57-44 victory against Lyndon on the 13th. As for Atchison County, they will be home for the holidays to greet Valley Falls on Friday. The Tigers will be up against the Dragons' rather soft defense (which has allowed 56.75 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
