Hilton Head Island skates past Liberty with ease

The Hilton Head Island Seahawks scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Thursday. They breezed by Liberty on the road to the tune of 68-25. That 68-25 margin sets a new team best for Hilton Head Island this season.

Leading Hilton Head Island to victory were Jules Mckenna and Leah Jackson. Mckenna dropped a double-double on 11 points and 16 rebounds, while Jackson scored 15 points along with five rebounds. That's the first time this season that Mckenna pulled down eight or more rebounds. Deja Godsun was another key contributor, scoring eight points along with four steals.

Hilton Head Island's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Liberty, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.
