Melrose won the last time they faced Watertown and  Sadie Smith did her part to make sure it happened again. The Red Hawks were the clear victors by  a  3-0 margin over the Raiders on Friday with plenty of help from  Smith, who  had 24  assists. She is  on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 14 or more in each of the last 15 games she's  played.
 Melrose was especially dominant in the second set. The final score came out to 25-17, 25-12,  25-16.
The  win made it two in a row for Melrose and  bumps their season record up to 13-7. As for Watertown, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost 13 of their last 14 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-20 record  this season.
