Soccer Recap: Tolono Unity Takes a Loss

If Tolono Unity was riding high fresh off their 8-0 takedown of Olympia on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rockets came up short against the St. Thomas More Sabers on Thursday, falling 5-2. The matchup was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Tolono Unity couldn't quite close it out.

Javy Zavala wasn't going to let St. Thomas More walk away unscathed as he scored both of Tolono Unity's goals, bringing his season total up to five goals.

Tolono Unity's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9-2. As for St. Thomas More, their win bumped their record up to 10-5-1.
