Monroeville extended their home winning streak to ten games thanks to a huge performance from Addison Homan. The Eagles put the hurt on the Carey Blue Devils with a sharp 3-0 win on Saturday for which the team can thank Homan, who had 21 digs and eight assists. She has been hot for a while, having posted 14 or more digs the last 25 times she's played.

Monroeville never let Carey on the board, but things got pretty close in the first set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-16, 25-16.

Monroeville's victory bumped their record up to 20-2. As for Carey, they moved to 16-6 with that loss, which also ended their four-match winning streak.

Monroeville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Carey, they will take on Woodmore in a tournament on Thursday.
