Volleyball Recap: Woodland Hills Takes a Loss

If Woodland Hills was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of McKeesport last Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Wolverines came up short against the Fox Chapel Foxes on Tuesday, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Wolverines haven't been shut out since back in September.

Woodland Hills dropped their record down to 4-4 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Fox Chapel, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.

Coming up, Woodland Hills will venture away from home to face off against Shaler Area at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Fox Chapel, they will welcome Kiski Area at 7:00 p.m. on the 16th.
