North Valley never let their opponents score on Friday. They put the hurt on the Rogue River Chieftains with a sharp 10-0 victory. The Knights haven't had any issues with the Chieftains recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

North Valley's victory bumped their record up to 8-10. As for Rogue River, they dropped their record down to 6-5 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, North Valley will challenge Phoenix at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. The Knights' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Pirates have averaged an impressive 9.2 runs per game this season. As for Rogue River, they will head out on the road to take on Lakeview at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
