Basketball Recap: Southside Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Southside can now relate to. They fell 51-38 to the Fort Payne Wildcats on Saturday. The Panthers' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it six in a row.

Southside's defeat dropped their record down to 12-16. As for Fort Payne, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 21-6.

As of now, neither Southside nor Fort Payne have any future games scheduled.
