Softball Recap: Glenelg Sets Scoring Season-High Against Oakland Mills

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Glenelg). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Oakland Mills Scorpions a 25-0 shutout on Friday. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Glenelg pushed their record up to 8-3 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.0 runs over those games. As for Oakland Mills, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.
