Softball Preview: Frankston Indians vs. Kerens Bobcats
The Frankston Indians will square off against the Kerens Bobcats at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Frankston will be strutting in after a win while Kerens will be coming in after a defeat.

Fans were treated to a battle of the Bobcats on Tuesday. Kerens fell just short of Cross Roads by a score of 8-7. Kerens has struggled against Cross Roads recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meetings.
Kayla Gonzales was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in February. Brooke Sikes was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one RBI.
Even though they lost, Kerens hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. This was only their first loss (out of four games) when they post two or more strikeouts.
