There's no place like home for McMichael, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Morehead Panthers on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Phoenix, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-14, 25-17.

Carrington Vaughn was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 14 assists and three digs. That's the most assists she has posted over her last eight contests.

McMichael has been performing well recently as they've won eight of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. As for Morehead, they moved to 4-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.
