Volleyball Recap: Saturday's Victory Is Glacier Peak's Fourth in Last Five Outings

Glacier Peak won the last time they faced Cheney and things went their way on Saturday too. The Grizzlies came out on top against the Blackhawks by a score of 2-0.

Emma Nowak paced Glacier Peak's offense, picking up seven kills. Nowak got some help from Alyssa Box and her ten assists. Marcy Mossburg and Sydney Dilling kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with three aces apiece.

Glacier Peak is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4-2 record this season. As for Cheney, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-5.

Glacier Peak has already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against Pullman on the 27th. As for Cheney, they will face off against Ridgeline at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
