St. John Paul II Academy posted their biggest win since November 19, 2024 on Saturday. They blew past the Oxbridge Academy ThunderWolves, posting a 67-35 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Eagles also won the last time the pair played back in January of 2024.

St. John Paul II Academy's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Dior Johnson, who posted 13 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Gabe Loreto, who went 5 of 6 on his way to 16 points.

Despite the loss, Oxbridge Academy still got an impressive performance from Jayden Molinary, who went 7 of 14 en route to 19 points. Those 19 points gave Molinary a new career-high.

St. John Paul II Academy's record is now 9-7. As for Oxbridge Academy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-10.

St. John Paul II Academy will square off against Somerset Academy - Canyons at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
