Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Pomona walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 32-12 margin over the Steamboat Springs Sailors on Saturday. The Panthers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 12 games by 20 points or more this season.

The victory (which was Pomona's tenth in a row) raised their record to 15-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 39.6 points over those games. As for Steamboat Springs, they moved to 8-7 with that loss, which also ended their five-game winning streak.

Pomona didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 48-6 victory against Manual on the 18th. Steamboat Springs does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
