Baseball Recap: Parker Broncs vs. Odyssey Institute Minotaur
Parker's last matchup with Odyssey Institute could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Saturday. The Broncs came up short against the Minotaur, falling 7-1. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Minotaur this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 5-3 on Wednesday.
Parker got a good showing from Anthony Salcedo, who tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. Those zero earned runs gave Salcedo a new career-low.
At the plate, Parker saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddix Young, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.
