After a string of five wins, Kearny's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They came up short against the Ridgefield Park Scarlets, falling 10-0.

Kearny's loss dropped their record down to 5-5. As for Ridgefield Park, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Kearny will host Bayonne at 11:00 a.m. on Monday. As for Ridgefield Park, they will challenge Dwight Morrow at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. The Scarlets are facing the Maroon Raiders at the right time seeing as the Maroon Raiders are stuck on an eight-game losing streak.
