Basketball Recap: Dougherty Valley Comes Up Short

Dougherty Valley and De La Salle squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Dougherty Valley had to settle for second. They had to suffer through a 74-44 loss at the hands of the De La Salle Spartans. The match marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Dougherty Valley's loss dropped their record down to 20-8. As for De La Salle, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten games, which provided a nice bump to their 25-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Dougherty Valley nor De La Salle have any future games scheduled.
