Football Game Preview: Boone vs. Perry

Boone have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They take on Perry at 4:45 PM. Boone don't have the home-field advantage, but they do enjoy an advantage in the MaxPreps rankings.

Boone took an ego-bruising loss against Carroll two weeks ago, but they kept their chin up and bounced back last Friday. Boone were able to grind out a solid victory over Dallas Center-Grimes last Friday, winning 19-10.

Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Perry, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to seven. They came up short against Carroll, falling 14-27.

Everything went Boone's way against Perry the last time the two teams met as they made off with a 41-7 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Boone since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
