Soccer Recap: Hermitage Comes Up Short

Hermitage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Godwin Eagles, falling 8-0. That's two games in a row now that Hermitage have lost by exactly eight goals.

Hermitage's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Godwin, their win bumped their record up to 8-5-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Hermitage is set to take on their familiar foe J.R. Tucker at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Godwin will square off against rival Freeman at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
