Pittsfield won the last time they faced East Longmeadow and things went their way on Monday too. The Pittsfield Generals blew past the East Longmeadow Spartans 57-23. The Generals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 26 points or more this season.

Pittsfield got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Madison Stetz out in front who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Harolyn Castillo, who posted 11 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals.

Pittsfield smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in ten consecutive games.

Pittsfield's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for East Longmeadow, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Pittsfield will be playing in front of their home fans against Westfield at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. East Longmeadow has already played their next match (against Chicopee Comp), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
